Subprocessors

Distro engages third-party service providers to help deliver, secure, support, and improve the services. A provider is treated as a subprocessor when it processes Customer Data or Personal Data on Distro’s behalf in connection with those services.

Our published policies identify providers supporting functions such as application hosting, data storage and backup, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and marketing. Distro limits provider access to what is needed to perform the applicable service.

Because the providers used can depend on a customer’s plan, configuration, and enabled integrations, customers may request Distro’s current vendor-specific subprocessor list and the supporting security or privacy documentation applicable to their account.

Email support@distro.so from an address associated with your Distro workspace. Include your organization name and the documentation you need so our team can provide the appropriate current information.

Distro primarily processes Personal Data in the United States and may use providers in other jurisdictions. Where required, Distro uses lawful transfer safeguards, which may include approved standard contractual clauses or another recognized transfer mechanism.

Distro may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as the services evolve. Notifications and any objection process are handled according to the applicable Data Processing Agreement or other written agreement with the customer.
